ORG in src/content/legal.ts before launch; this notice disappears on its own once none remain. These terms govern your use of GK Paar — the website at gkpaar.com and the app behind sign-in — operated by «REGISTERED LEGAL NAME», «ENTITY TYPE» based in Jaipur, Rajasthan ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the service.
What GK Paar is, and what it is not
GK Paar is a guided practice platform. We write and publish practice questions, assemble them into timed tests, mark those tests, and give you an analysis of how you did — your score against the qualifying bar, the marks negative marking cost you, and which syllabus topics are costing you most. That is the whole of what we do.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC), the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB), the Government of Rajasthan, or any other recruiting or examination authority. We are not an official channel for anything.
In particular, we are not a source of official information and must not be treated as one. We do not issue, forward or confirm notifications, application forms, admit cards, answer keys, results, cut-offs, reservation or eligibility decisions, or corrections to any of them. Where our pages mention an exam date, pattern, marking scheme or syllabus, that is our reading of published material and may be out of date or wrong. Always confirm anything that matters on the official portal of the conducting authority before you act on it.
We do not guarantee selection, and nobody honestly can
Using GK Paar does not guarantee that you will qualify, be selected, be shortlisted, score any particular mark, or improve at all. We make no such promise, and no employee, advertisement, testimonial or page anywhere on this service should be read as making one. Selection depends on the paper you sit, the competition that year, the number of vacancies, and your own preparation — none of which we control.
Any score, percentage, projection, topic ranking, band or study suggestion the service shows you is an estimate computed from your own attempts on our practice tests. It is not a prediction of your result, and it carries no weight with any authority.
We do not offer coaching, counselling, placement, or any service beyond practice tests and the analysis of them. We do not accept payment for, and have no ability to influence, any part of any recruitment process. If anyone claims otherwise while using our name, that is fraud — please tell us.
Your account
You must be 18 or older to create an account. The service is built for candidates preparing for graduate-level Rajasthan government examinations, and is not directed at children.
An account is for one person. Please do not share sign-in access, and do give us a mobile number or email address you actually control — it is how we sign you in, and it is the only way we can reach you. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your device and contact secure. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got in.
Content, and what you may do with it
The questions, solutions, explanations, guides, syllabus breakdowns, interface and design are ours or are licensed to us. You may use them for your own exam preparation. You may not copy, scrape, bulk-download, republish, resell, or distribute them — including into coaching material, question banks, apps, or messaging groups — without our written permission.
You may not use automated means to access the service, attempt to bypass the sign-in or the test timer, interfere with other candidates' attempts, or probe our systems.
Your own data is yours. Your attempts, answers, scores and profile belong to you, and the Privacy Policy sets out what we do with them and how to get a copy or have them deleted.
Exam packs and payment
The service is free while we are building it. When paid exam packs open, they will be a single payment giving access for one year from the date of purchase. There is no subscription, no auto-renew, and no card is stored by us. The price and what is included will be shown before you pay, and the Refund and Cancellation Policy sets out when money comes back.
At the end of the access period the paid content simply stops being available. Your account, your attempt history and your reports remain, and the free tier continues to work.
Availability, and changes
We do our best to keep the service running and correct, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may add, change, withdraw or re-score tests and questions — for example when we find a question is wrong, ambiguous, or no longer matches the syllabus. Where a correction changes a score you have already been shown, we will say so.
We may change these terms. If a change materially affects you we will say so on this page and, where we reasonably can, tell you directly. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms — in particular for redistributing our content, sharing access, or interfering with the service. Where the breach is not deliberate we will normally warn you first. If we close a paid account for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the unused part of the pack.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that: we are not liable for any examination outcome, missed deadline, or decision you take on the basis of information on this service, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
This is a practice tool. Please treat official sources as the authority on anything that affects your application, your eligibility or your result.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
