What we can help with
We built the practice tests and the reports, so anything inside them is ours to fix.
Sign-in trouble, a wrong number or email on the account, sessions you do not recognise, or closing the account and deleting your data.
Tell us the test and the question. If a question is wrong or ambiguous we correct it, and where a correction changes a score we have already shown you, we re-score and say so.
An attempt that would not submit, a timer that looked wrong, answers you think were lost. Include roughly when it happened — we can find the attempt from that.
Once paid packs open. The Refund and Cancellation Policy sets out what applies.
A copy of it, a correction, or deletion. This goes to our Grievance Officer.
What we cannot help with
GK Paar is a private practice platform. We are not affiliated with RPSC, RSSB or the Government of Rajasthan and we are not an official channel for any part of the recruitment process. We have no standing to answer these, and we would rather say so than guess:
- Applications, forms, fee payment or corrections on RPSC or RSSB portals
- Admit cards, exam centres, exam dates or postponements
- Official answer keys, objections, results, cut-offs or merit lists
- Eligibility, reservation, age relaxation or document verification questions
- Anything to do with the recruitment process itself
For all of these, the official portal of the conducting authority is the only source worth trusting. Please check there, and treat anything you read here or anywhere else as second-hand until you have.
